GATHER

Collaborate with stakeholders, decision makers, and other researchers to identify business goals, previous research, and areas where research is most needed to help meet business goals.

Run user sessions and collect data based on the research roadmap and research plans. Enable stakeholders to observe or get involved in the process however they are most able.

IMPLEMENT

Work with stakeholders and decision makers by organizing brainstorming sessions to implement learnings from research into the product.

Generate a research road map aligned with business objectives and deadlines to ensure research will be used to to help decision makers make data driven decisions.

Synthesize the collected data and identify findings and insights to guide decision making. Identify future opportunities for research to be used to aid the next iteration of the product.

Compile past and recent research in a repository for other researchers and stakeholders to easily access.
